It should imply a refactoring on current ScmSyncStrategies, allowing to provide multiple selectors and multiple target type (for the moment, we have only form target ... but in that particular case, no form is submitted, only a button (input[name='core:apply']) is clicked

Description:


Starting from 1.466.1, there is a new "apply" button, in plus of "save" button.

scm-sync-configuration is not fired when clicking the apply button.
