Hyperlink text now presents first 7 characters of the SHA1 and still links to the correct full SHA1. I believe most users would prefer to see the first several characters of the SHA1 rather than the entire SHA1. They can get the full text of the SHA1 by clicking the link, without the width of a 40 character SHA1 string in the same line as the description of their change. Using the short form of the SHA1 is consistent with the github list of commits and with the cgit summary of commits. Add Comment
