 It actually is, as these are three different warnings, and each warning's icon is vertically centered on the warning. Not as easy to see as the buttons are higher than text. That the text baseline between the second and third warning is different doesn't help either.

Note the random vertical alignment of ⛔ / ⚠ vs the text vs the buttons 
Note that the buttons are randomly placed (correct is sort of centered in the view – I have no idea to what it applies) 
 Expected results: 
 
Pick a single alignment for the icons (probably vertically centered for a a table row) 
Pick a consistent placement for the buttons (either in their own table column, or on their own line after the problem)
