Title: Message Title Pascal Gélinas commented on JENKINS-55707 Re: FindBugs/SpotBugs messages starting with TEST: Unknown bug pattern I've done some more test and only the messages of Spotbugs plugin are missing. On another warning I currently have, the xml file doesn't contain any human-readable message and Jenkins shows the message properly (even translates it!) Title: Message Title Ulli Hafner commented on JENKINS-55707 Re: FindBugs/SpotBugs messages starting with TEST: Unknown bug pattern I found no way to indicate that somehow in the chart. In the old PNG style charts this is possible... I already applied some tricks to select the correct build. Title: Message Title Ulli Hafner commented on JENKINS-55707 Re: FindBugs/SpotBugs messages starting with TEST: Unknown bug pattern Actually a feature: it opens the report of the selected build. The chart grabs the position where you are clicking and opens the build below the mouse pointer. Title: Message Title Mykhailo Oleksiuk commented on JENKINS-55707 Re: FindBugs/SpotBugs messages starting with TEST: Unknown bug pattern Ulli Hafner Yes, you are right. "Spotbugs Warning" from left menu opens the latest build. "Sportbus diagram" on the right side always opens "latest - 2" build . (Seems like it's a bug?) Title: Message Title Mykhailo Oleksiuk commented on JENKINS-55707 Re: FindBugs/SpotBugs messages starting with TEST: Unknown bug pattern Hi, Ulli Hafner Here is my update again with this issue: If I go to SportBug reports by clicking on right diagram - I still getting invalid messages. If I go to SportBug reports by cliking on left menu - I'm gettting valid messages. See my attachment. Pascal Gélinas What is the version of gradle/sportbug in your setup? My setup: Gradle: 5.0 Spotbug: 'gradle.plugin.com.github.spotbugs:spotbugs-gradle-plugin:1.6.9' Add Comment This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v7.11.2#711002-sha1:fdc329d) -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Jenkins Issues" group. I also added a test case: https://github.com/jenkinsci/warnings-ng-plugin/commit/7de8de23fcb4a6bf6e50409321fb1aa94405e477. This seems to be a different problem. Are all your messages missing? Title: Message Title Pascal Gélinas commented on JENKINS-55707 Re: FindBugs/SpotBugs messages starting with TEST: Unknown bug pattern I have the exact same issue, but the suggested fix doesn't entirely work. It seems the bug message is "half resolved", it's no longer an Unknown bug pattern but I don't have the details: I've also attached the xml file (main.xml). I'm not entirely sure what the issue is, since I see the details in the xml file. I do not have the version of warnings-ng on hand that we use, I do not have the permissions for that; I'll ask around for that, but that will probably wait for a day since it's a holiday here.
