Open pull requests generally show: https://github.com/jenkinsci/blueocean-plugin/blob/3aca1b85452de1ceba39d86f318efb42ce03cc26/blueocean-dashboard/src/main/js/components/RunDetailsHeader.jsx#L146 Sometimes, closed PRs don't seem to show this. It's possible that I'm in the wrong view. Sometimes, closed PRs do show this, but it would be more helpful if it could indicate that the PR is closed (yes, I can click the link, but it's an expensive operation for a user, whereas the information would be more valuable displayed directly to the user in blue ocean).
