Alternately, I added following features: Supports "authorized" job. You can authorize jobs with Authorize Project plugin (introdeced in 1.29). Added configuration to specify which jobs can copy artifacts of that job. See https://github.com/jenkinsci/copyartifact-plugin/pull/27 for a screen shot (introduced in 1.30). Would you try them?
