Hey, anyone following this ticket.  The issue here is the same as another reported issue: JENKINS-19398.  Enable the javadoc plugin in jenkins, and the problem is solved.

This problem happened to me when i upgraded from 522 to 524 yesterday.  Restoring to 522 fixed the problem.

After upgrading from 1.521 to 1.522 most of my jobs disappeared. My jobs have spaces and dashes in their names. Downgrading from 1.522 to 1.521 brought back all the jobs.
