We have this problem too, although this only happens sometimes. Running on 2.11.1. 

Triggering manually through the "Query and Trigger Gerrit patches" command actually triggers the build in our case. Haven't tried to downgrade to 2.11.0.

Sorry, I can't tell you exactely how to reproduce since it only happens sometimes (~1 of 3). For no appearant reason. 

I have two jobs:

	triggers on commits anywhere in the repo
	triggers on commits to certain paths in my git repo (shared/libs/**)



Today I had two consecutive gerrit commits in the same directory that should have triggered both jobs, only one did trigger both.

Perhaps there are some logs I can turn on to get more information about how builds are triggered?

2.13 that hopefully gets a beta release today or tomorrow has a lot of changes in this general area.
Lets see if it continues to appear in that version.
