Running on 2.11.1. Triggering manually through the "Query and Trigger Gerrit patches" command actually triggers the build in our case. Haven't tried to downgrade to 2.11.0. For no appearant reason. I have two jobs: triggers on commits anywhere in the repo triggers on commits to certain paths in my git repo (shared/libs/**) Today I had two consecutive gerrit commits in the same directory that should have triggered both jobs, only one did trigger both.
