[JIRA] [git] (JENKINS-18303) Cannot do checkout of a git repository in BitBucket in Jenkins
Mark Waite resolved JENKINS-18303 as Fixed Cannot do checkout of a git repository in BitBucket in Jenkins The addition of credentials support to the git-client-plugin and the git-plugin has made this type of failure much less frequent. I have a bitbucket test job which regularly performs a checkout and build of the git-client-plugin source code from a copy I keep on bitbucket. Could you check if this bug is fixed with git-client-plugin 1.6.2 (or later) and git-plugin 2.0.1 (or later)? [JIRA] [git] (JENKINS-18303) Cannot do checkout of a git repository in BitBucket in Jenkins
Josh Santangelo commented on JENKINS-18303 Cannot do checkout of a git repository in BitBucket in Jenkins I'm having this problem with a different host. The frustrating part is that sometimes it hangs and sometimes it doesn't so everything is configured correctly, but it just randomly fails. This message is automatically generated by JIRA. [JIRA] [git] (JENKINS-18303) Cannot do checkout of a git repository in BitBucket in Jenkins
Evan Brunner commented on JENKINS-18303 Cannot do checkout of a git repository in BitBucket in Jenkins I spent a day on a similar issue with the exact same symptoms. I think it's more than likely related to your ssh setup re::known_hosts. There's no good debug feedback on this issue from jenkins - it just hangs indefinitely an doesn't tell you whether or not the clone is being executed. Here's the stackOverflow answer that set me in the right direction. This message is automatically generated by JIRA. If you think it was sent incorrectly, please contact your JIRA administrators.
