We sometimes still have this problem (espacially failing builds in the "publish junit test" phase) although we did not generate the jobs for a long time and only keep the latest 20 builds. I assume this is a more general issue (maybe a race condition?) but i have not yet found a way to reproduce it :-/ We also haven't updated since 1.518 (too scared of changed config files :/) so this may, or may not be fixed by now.
