This adds an option to make the svn checkout quiet.  Some unit tests do not pass.  Patch is against commit 396837b69f1e9b240196609acabebf9f1ec2f225

It seems that the SubversionEventHandlerImpl in java/hudson/scm/SubversionEventHandlerImpl.java could take an option and do nothing if set.  Is this method's only job to out.println() strings to look like commnad-line svn?
