When I start a job, e.g.:


build  job: ‘start-job', parameters: [new hudson.model.StringParameterValue('name',aha)]


The default delay is used. Can the DSL provide a verb to specify the delay? Or specify no delay? Similar to the build URL parameter delay=0sec
