Jenkins jobs show as "Pending" even though nothing is in front of it. But the Status page shows it counting down the minutes to zero. But when it gets to 0:00, nothing happens. On the dashboard, progress bar looks incomplete even though countdown = 0. Estimated remaining time shows N/A. This is a new glitch since we upgraded out Gerrit to 2.9.
