@ableegoldman I'm re-targeting this against https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-10134 now as I found the root cause of that ticket is actually because we do not send (and hence reset timer of) heartbeat during rebalance, hopefully I will have this PR in a final-reviewable manner for merge. ---------------------------------------------------------------- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
