[Jmol-developers] Bug in JSmol-JSme integration

[Edumol]

Hi all.

It seems there is a small bug in JSmol-JSme-integration: 
http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jsmol/jsmetest.htm


Found from versions 14.1.16 & 14.2.0

*Notes*

2D --> 3D works perfectly.
3D --> 2D is broken.

(1) First I see only blank space, with a small grey line in the canvas.


(2) The structure comes visible after a move the mouse cursor to the are 
where the structure is.

Sorry Bob. Family holidays and Pearl Jam conserts took my time.

Ok, but I tested those sites (14.2.0) and

jsmol/jsmetest2.htm // works perfectly
jsmol/jsmetest.htm // works perfectly

Only jsmol/jsmetest.htm has the problem in the 3D --> 2D switch.

This newest version has the same issue:

Returning from 3D to 2D is broken.

Jmol-14.0.8 is the first version where I have found this error.

Nope, 2D canvas still doesn't load if there is a molecule on the 3D side.

It works if both sides are empty, but if there is a molecule it stays 
blank at first.

But it activates when I move the mouse cursor above the 2D-sketch.

The zip-package from this morning seemed to contain version 14.3.6
(http://edumol.fi/dev/jsmol-14.3.7_2014.09.07c/jsmol/jsmetest.htm) and
the link where it is working has a number 14.3.7.
