Hi Friends

When God is in control of our lives then everyday is a miracle and the
consequence is inexpressible joy, peace and comfort which no one can
take away.

May we give the control of our lives in the hands of Jesus. Allow Him
to be the driver in our life's journey and we relax on the back seat
enjoying the ride along with the bumps on the road without fear because
the Lord is at our side and He is in control.

Love & Prayers
Jennifer

~*~ Topic of the Week ~*~

During a workshop last week a participant asked me about my belief in
God. She said she was at a spiritual crossroad and wondered how I had
come todevelop my faith in a power greater than myself. My reply was
simple: "I've been led to believe one miracle at a time."

There have been many times in my life when I've felt lonely and afraid
and a miracle has occurred to remind me that a Divine presence is always
protecting and directing my life. Sometimes these messages are like
whispers -- a smile from a stranger during a difficult moment, or an
unexpected phone call at the exact instant I needed support. Other
times, the messages have been like a giant hammer hitting me over the
head with a crystal clear message that I am not alone. This week I
thought I'd
share an amazing miracle story with you.

Several years ago my friend Max and I were walking on my favorite beach.
I had just ended a five year relationship and felt conflicted about my
decision. Deep in my heart I knew it was the right choice, yet I kept
feeling pulled to call my former partner to give it one more try. Max,
being the good friend that she is, encouraged me to stay true to my
heart and keep focused on my own self care and this new, emerging
chapter of my life.

Like so many of us who go through a life transition, I felt pulled in
two different directions. My head said "call him," and my heart said
"hold still and stay strong." I felt as though I was engaged in an
emotional battle, struggling to keep peace between two feuding factions.

Sometimes it's so difficult to trust our inner knowing when we're in
emotional pain. As Max and I continued our, I said that I
needed a sign to help me determine the right choice. Just then, I
looked up and saw a beautiful man running toward us. He was strong,
tanned, and had piercing blue eyes. When he passed us, Max and I looked
at each otherand smiled, acknowledging his powerful energy. We
continued our walk and eventually headed for the car to return home.

Arriving at the parking lot, we sat down to put on our shoes and, taking
one more look out over the ocean, I once again saw the handsome man
running back down the beach. As my eyes followed him, he suddenly
stopped, bent over and quickly began scratching something in the sand
with his finger. After a few moments he finished and continued on his
way.
Max and I chuckled at our curiosity and immediately ran to see what he
had written.

When we arrived at the water's edge we found the words "MENTAL
TOUGHNESS" scrawled in the sand. I stood looking at the words, feeling
the hair on the back of my neck stand straight up. The young man was
nowhere in sight. Instantly I felt a sense of relief and reassurance.
I had my message -- "hold still and stay strong."

Miracle stories like this one can serve to remind all of us that we are
embraced by a loving presence, whether we realize it or not. When
sitting at a spiritual crossroad, sometimes we just need to ask for a
miracle to give us direction and a renewed sense of faith. Other times
we can offer our faith to each other by sharing our own miracle
stories. When I look back on that day at the beach, I know in my heart
that the sign I received was not only meant for me, but for us all.

  ~*~ Take Action Challenge ~*~

If you're faced with a challenge or life decision, ask for a miracle and
then pay close attention to your life. If you still don't know what to
do, ask a close friend, family member or co-worker about a time when
they experienced an event that felt like a miracle. You might just get
the miracle you need from the person sitting next to you :).
