At least 5 minutes we should sit for the adoration
Not 5 minutes, we have to do more

When we hear things like this we will get alarmed and
worried
What we say when there is no one to visit Him when He presence Himself in
the holy communion daily or when our adoration chappels are emptySo
as the disciples of Christ Let us respect Him more and visit frequently
and adore Him in Holy Eucharist.Because his love flows from His presence
only.and let us repay all the humiliation He suffers...If 1000 joynetters
along with 1000ds of jesusyouth all over the world spend at least 5mins
in adoration chappels if any nearbyAnd say I Love You Jesus .
