I encountered a possible blockUI bug in IE7 and IE8: If you block the ui and don't move your mouse after that, the cursor displays the hourglass symbol UNTIL you move your mouse again.
Thus, the .unblock() method doesn't have the desired effect on the mouse cursor. You can easily reproduce the effect with the blockUI demos: just click on the "Run" Button without moving your mouse further. kind regards, Franz
