[jQuery] problem with jcarousel and Sliding Login Panel

I have a problem with jcarousel and Sliding Login Panel (http://web-
kreation.com/index.php/tutorials/nice-clean-sliding-login-panel-built-
with-jquery).
It appears in IE7, IE6.
Jcarousel is always on top of Sliding Login Panel no matter what i do
with css. FF, Opera, Chrome - ok.
Could somebody help me with this problem?
