It seems to me that I have to clear everything in the workspace by workspace() if I want to introduce new breakpoints or remove existing breakpoints when debugging. Otherwise, the debugger simply ignore all my changes for debugging. But it takes huge amount of time when a lot of packages need to be loaded via "using". I wonder if there is a more efficient way to deal with this.
