[JPP-Devel] on DataExplotation plugin

2009-07-01 Thread Giuseppe Aruta
Hi Stefan,
I have just translated to Italian your dataExplotation plugin (scatter plot,
bar plot, histogram).
Just a couple of thought:
1) jmatharray-XX.jar is already included into OJ/LIB folder so it is not
necessary to have another copy with your plugin.
2) Your plugin creates a menu on Plugin/Analysis position. I think it would be
more usefull to have it at Tools/Statistics menu.

Regards

Peppe

[JPP-Devel] R: question on embedded gif fill patterns

2009-07-01 Thread Giuseppe Aruta

Hi all,
I need a help. JPG fill parttern, embedded into OpenJUMP have a code number
from 37 to 188 (visible on Fill Pattern option). How can I understand the order
(37 conrespond to JPG, etc)? It doesn't seem that there is an alphabetic
order with these number.

Regards

Peppe

 Hi,
I see that image fill patterns are embedded into
 \openjump-core-1.3-SNAPSHOT.jar\com\vividsolutions\jump\workbench\ui\images\
 folder.
Is it possible to customize them? ex. copying into the
folder new fill patterns or substituting them with others? I
don't use source code. I wonder if simly using 7-zip it is
possible to make some advanced customizations on Openjump.
This would be usefull for simple users.

 regards

 Peppe

Hi Peppe,

Why aren't you using the last pattern (189) to load a custom fill pattern
from disk?

regards,
Larry

Re: [JPP-Devel] R: question on embedded gif fill patterns

2009-07-01 Thread Larry Becker
If you have some particular fill patterns to add that are useful, I'm sure
we could just add them to the release. I've never found much use for any of
the raster fill patterns that are included with OJ myself.

regards,
Larry
