A set command that means "no really, I want 65535:0 to mean localpref=X for whatever
group hierarchy I configure said feature" might be neat. It would have saved me a
few hours as I am a tool assisted CLI jockey, not fully pushing from a database. But the
ship has long since sailed as I ended up changing my import/export policies instead. It
was a worthwhile endeavor anyway as I also incorporated prepending and MEDs as part of
our outbound shutdown approach.

For me, this somewhat amounts to what Cisco do with RPKI in IOS XE,
where they automatically apply policy based on RPKI state. I don't like
that at all. Things can get tricky between code upgrades when this
"automation" is broken, or changes with little to no documentation.
