I have never seen such a thing. Traditional line-encoding would I think 
need dispersion compensation for that bitrate at that distance; you may 
end up using a DWDM muxponder w/ coherent line-side or similar if you 
really need to reach that distance on 40G.


Interested to hear if anyone else knows of a pluggable that works at 
that bitrate/distance combo, though?
