 design goal?  Because that's what it looks like, given the argument used.

I would like two thing that would vastly improve my KDE experience .

1st being the Kicker menu acting and configuring like the classic or the
classic looking just like the kicker .
2ND The auto hide task bar have a smart auto hide like on many docks or
Unity .
