Do you mean that you want taken off the list?  If so, the account 
management link appears appended to every list post, including yours as 
quoted above, *AND* there's a list-unsubscribe header on every list post, 
as well, altho depending on your mail client, you likely have to view 
headers to see it.  BUT, the account management link append appears and 
is visible in EVERY post, so there's no reason for confusion unless you 
simply don't bother to read it.

If you meant something else, you'll need to be a little more verbose, as 
it's entirely unclear /what/ you're requesting.
