https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=394399 Bug ID: 394399 Summary: Color Pickers: First time picking a color with blending enabled on fresh Krita instance causes hue to jump to red. Product: krita Version: git master Platform: Compiled Sources OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Color Selectors Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: emmetoneill@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- This is an obscure bug concerning the color pickers when using blending (blend < 100%) on a freshly opened instance of Krita. If the first thing you do when started a new document in a new Krita session is attempt to pick a color with blending enabled, the hue of your selected color will jump over to red (hue = 0?) regardless of where it was before and what color you picked. This only happens the first time you pick a color after starting Krita, and only happens if blending is <100% in the color selector tool options. This bug also won't happen at all if the user changes their current color before attempting to pick. I would guess that the issue has to do with the users of the pick color function attempting to retrieve the current foreground color on a freshly opened instance of Krita - something is causing the "canvas()->resourceManager()->foregroundColor();" to return red at the very start of the program and this behavior changes as soon as foregroundColor changes once. It's obscure and just a minor annoyance. Assigning myself to fix it at some point in the near future. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kmymoney] [Bug 341774] OFX file import behavior
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=341774 --- Comment #5 from whel...@windstream.net --- The KMM version I am using is 4.7.2 and the OS is Linux Mint 17.1. Yes, both are older versions as is the majority of the software on my daily-use system. I generally only update for security updates or when new features I want/need are added. Stability and reliability of the system is my primary concern. The sample I originally provided is the old OFX. Importing it into KMM demonstrates the issue. I am hesitant to call it a bug because a legitimate argument can be made that KMM does what it is designed to do and the problem is cause by a poorly created OFX file. In my original report I stated the display of the Account Selection window was triggered by an occurrence of the section in the OFX file. Reexamining the OFX it may be the trigger is actually the field which is contained within the section. In either case my work around was/is to pre-process the OFX and remove all duplicate occurrences of the section. The end result is KMM only asks for account confirmation (via the Account Selection window) once at the beginning of the import rather than asking for each individual transaction. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=394397 Bug ID: 394397 Summary: Systray randomly stops displaying things on click Product: plasmashell Version: 5.12.5 Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: System Tray Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: john.etted...@gmail.com Target Milestone: 1.0 Hello, I am not sure what triggers this, but sometime the systray becomes partially useless. I can click on any icon or the arrow and interact with them, but no extra panel will be seen, say I can click on the bluetooth icon but no bluetooth panel will be seen although there is a little blue line appearing on top of the icon... I am not sure if the panel is not popping up, or if it is but hidden/somewhere else. Usually I restart my computer/ Plasma to fix it, but while writing this bug I unlocked the widgets in the panel, removed one, relocked the widgets, and strangely systray is working fine again. I am on Arch Linux, Plasma 5.12.5, frameworks 5.46 but this has happened for a while, maybe 6 months or more, so it's nothing related to those exact releases. I'm on X11 with 4 virtual desktops if it matters. I am not sure anymore, but it is possible that the issue only happens when I have Kodi opened full screen on a virtual desktop. I often have it open even if not playing anything so it may be unrelated or not, just thought I would mention it. Please ask for any information needed. Upgraded from the latest release to 5.12.5-1 (also included kde apps 18.04.1-1 (was 18.04.0-1 prior) and frameworks upgrade to 5.46.0-1 - the system is kept up to date pretty often (couple weeks absolutely maximum but generally <1 week) and this is the first major KDE upgrade since setting up the system (fresh). When logged on was met with a black screen and a cursor, realized yakuake was running as was krunner so just ran plasmashell and here I am. As this was the first login after upgrade I'm unsure if it reproduces, if so will post an additional trace with more information otherwise may have been a one-time issue - Thanks guys! -- Backtrace: Application: Plasma (plasmashell), signal: Segmentation fault Using host libthread_db library "/usr/lib/libthread_db.so.1". [kwin] [Bug 393514] Crash while while accessing "window decorations" in Systemsettings
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393514 Tony changed: What|Removed |Added Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED Resolution|--- |FIXED --- Comment #3 from Tony --- Sorry i did not update this one earlier. Indeed it was a packaging issue. These 3, libKF5WidgetsAddons5, libKF5Declarative5, libKF5XmlGui5 for some reason where updated to a higher version than the one on the unstable repositories by the time i reported the bug. Downgrading them, solved the problem. "Zypper dup" does not allows vendor change by default anymore, and i only ran "zypper dup --allow-vnedor-change" once, by the time i added the unstable repos to switch all KDE packages to it. I concluded that the mix packages happen because the unstable repos where not up-to-date when i updated my system. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kmymoney] [Bug 394394] New: problems adding securities to investment accounts
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=394394 Bug ID: 394394 Summary: problems adding securities to investment accounts Product: kmymoney Version: 5.0.1 Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kmymoney-de...@kde.org Reporter: ostrof...@users.sourceforge.net Target Milestone: --- I'm getting some inconsistent behavior trying to add securities to investment accounts. Created a new kmy file, with standard checking account, and two investment accounts, each with associated default brokerage account. Go to one of the investment accounts and try to buy shares. Tabbing out of the "security" field, it asks if I want to create the security, I say yes, and go through those few windows. I add the number of shares and cost, but the "save' button remains disabled. If I look at the investments tab, it seems the security HAS been created, and if I go back to the investment account, I CAN buy some shares. If I go to the other investment account, I get the same behavior - can't buy at first, but cancel and go back, and it's ok. However, buying the same security in the second account never gives me the option to use the already existing security with the same symbol. This problem has been reported and fixed in the past, but it seems to be back, at least for me. (Same behavior in 5.0.1 Arch linux package and git master on Gentoo.) Can anyone else confirm this, or is it telling my I shouldn't be in the market? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kwin] [Bug 394362] Add "Apply" button to Special Window / Application Settings
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=394362 --- Comment #4 from Daniel --- I did have decorations. I am still running Firefox 59 (not 60). I removed those window decorations by right-clicking the title bar, selecting "More Actions", and selecting "Special Application Settings". In that dialog, I went to "Appearance & Fixes", selected the "No titlebar and frame" option, in the dropdown selected "Force" and in the radio button selected "Yes", I then pressed "OK" to see the changes, but it closed the window and applied that change immediately, with no way to get it back. This applies to every other application and window where these changes can be made to. I am simply asking for a way to be able to preview the changes (a la an "Apply" button) without closing the window, so I can see changes and: (a) Not be stuck, (b) If I don't like the changes (and didn't remove the title bar), I don't have to go through the lengthy process to open the settings window again: right-click titlebar> More Actions> Special (Window|Application) Settings... In general, you should consider first asking for help in the Krita forums before creating bug reports. We cannot do much with your report as it doesn't clearly indicate a problem in Krita's code that we can try to reproduce and solve. Samba support has > greatly improved in the last few years. I currently have 18.04.1 version of dolphin installed and it is the latest version available. The problem persists in a fashion closer to that of 4.14.3 version, i.e. - if I boot, connect via wi-fi, wait a few minutes I can refresh tab and everything works, - if I refresh too early this timeout seems to reset, so more waiting is required, - issue persists between tabs within window, - new windows opened after establishing connection are completely unaffected.
