https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=399696 --- Comment #12 from Tyson Tan --- Information about the recent internal errors. This time around I was using Krita totally in a normal way. The internal error seems to be occurring at a random fashion. Sometimes within the first few actions following the opening of a document. When the internal error is about to happen (but the error popup has not appeared yet), no operation will be reflected on the canvas, the cursor is locked in place. The popup looks like this: https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=118858 But pressing Ignore won't turn Krita usable again. Press Abort will close Krita. Fortunately the popup is not popping up non-stop, and Krita still listens to Ctrl+S so I was able to save my progress. However there was one occasion Krita just crashed after showing signs of internal error but without showing any message. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kdiamond] [Bug 405029] Can't set "Classic" theme.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=405029 --- Comment #14 from Luigi Toscano --- To be honest, I'm not sure why removing the support for newstuff should be a solution. The category is going to stay unless we request its removal, and the support itself does work - everything discussed so far is about the old newstuff.kde.org used in the kdelibs 4.x version, not the KF5 version. The bug report is about "there is nothing on store.kde.org about component X" and I don't think that adding the support to newstuff only when something is added to store is the solution - it's a chicken-and-egg problem. If there is a Classic theme which is not on store.kde.org, we may add it. In the future, when you're making a new icon for the Breeze *icon* theme (as opposed to the icons in the Breeze *Plasma* theme), then you will indeed create a whole new file and submit that. But for the Breeze Plasma theme, it uses these combined svgz files that each contain multiple icons, so when adding a new one, you put it next to the existing icons already in the file. > I think the submitter should > be Aleix Pol who needs an icon for his project. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create a new file 2. Wait for the autosave to happen (depends on your autosave frequency setting) OBSERVED RESULT Autosave fails with a message "Error during autosaving: .krita-6423-document_0-autosave.kra: Access denied, displayed in status bar, or as a popup in top left corner. In krita.log file there are following messages: Converting from application/x-krita to application/x-krita. Location: C:/Temp\.krita-6423-document_0-autosave.kra. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=404286 Marta Rybczyńska changed: What|Removed |Added CC||kde-i...@rybczynska.net --- Comment #8 from Marta Rybczyńska --- I agree that the translation should go back to Anuluj. Users have been used to this one in years. Changing it in one program just confuses them. If someone wants to change the typical translation, it should be done in all software (at least Open Source) at the same time, I think. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=404635 --- Comment #2 from Alex Minton --- Sorry, I misinfored you a little bit: project overview has nothing to do with the crash, it happens when the file being updated is already opened in the editor. The update is done by Python script, which downloads the translations from server using web API. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=405572 Bug ID: 405572 Summary: font dpi not saved/loaded correctly Product: systemsettings Version: 5.15.3 Platform: Ubuntu Packages OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: kcm_fonts Assignee: unassigned-b...@kde.org Reporter: tus...@vista.aero CC: unassigned-b...@kde.org Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 118866 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=118866&action=edit low-dpi systemsettings SUMMARY Tested on Surface Pro 4. Use systemsettings to set both screen scaling and font DPI. Re-login and DPI is right for Plasma and applications restored from the saved session. Newly started applications are with tiny font. Go to systemsettings again to re-enforce the settings and new apps work right, just for this session though. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 0. Login from SDDM. 1. System Settings -> Display and Monitor -> Displays -> Scale Display -> Set scale to `2` -> Apply 2. System Settings -> Fonts -> Fonts -> enable Force Fonts DPI -> set to `192` -> Apply 3. System Settings -> Startup and Shutdown -> Desktop Session -> On Login -> choose `Restore previous session`. 4. Close System Settings. Start a Konsole. 5. K-Menu -> Leave -> Logout 6. Re-login from SDDM. 7. Start another Konsole. 8. System Settings -> Fonts -> Disable `Force Fonts DPI` -> Apply -> Enable `Force Fonts DPI` -> set to `192` -> Apply 9. Restart System Settings. OBSERVED RESULT 4. The Konsole starts with 192 DPI. 6. Plasma starts with 192 DPI. The Konsole, restored from the last session, starts with 192 DPI. However, when the cursor moves onto the window decorations (kwin), the cursor gets smaller than normal. The font size is right though. 7. The newly-started Konsole has tiny font. 8. The System Settings has tiny font. 9. System Settings starts with 192 DPI. EXPECTED RESULT All applications should start with 192 DPI, including kwin.
