[krita] [Bug 409193] Wishlist: Export Canvas Input Settings (or all settings)
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=409193 --- Comment #2 from jimbo --- (In reply to Boudewijn Rempt from comment #1) > Canvas input settings: that's what the profiles are for. You can take one of > the existing profiles, duplicate it and change it. It will end up in the > resources folder. > > To clone all settings to a new computer, copy the kritarc file and the > contents of the resources folder. See > https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration and > https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#where-are-my-resources-stored Thanks for the explanation but I think this is a good reason for including the export button. As an end user I have no idea there is a connection between profiles and the resources folder. I could see the profiles but I couldn't export them from within Krita. I'm happy to try out the kritarc and resource folder method but in the document you have linked there isn't any description about these being used to backup Krita's settings, instead the description talks about how to 'reset' Krita. Just to talk it out, how many different things do you need to backup Krita's all of settings? As far as I'm aware now, there's the Keyboard shortcuts, Brush bundle, kritarc and resource folder. That's quite a few things, when you say 'all settings' does the resource folder include keyboard shortcuts and custom brushes? I'm just not sure as to what is in that folder. A 'one shot' button for exporting all of Krita's settings would allow basic users to backup their settings without having to go to the appdata folder. It could even give you the option of what exactly you want to backup. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. install live share extension on vscode 2. setup password for default keyring and save password 3. restart. if it remembers it may take a few restarts or when vscode goes through an update. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=409094 --- Comment #7 from Alex --- As you can see in the two screenshots, the plasma audio volume applet lets me see the input and output devices available, but does not let me choose the `port` as pavucontrol-qt does. For the laptop I am using, I have one audio device (built in to the motherboard). But it has multiple inputs, line in or the built in microphone. This is similar for the output. In the plasma audio volume applet, I cannot select between these, and there is no clear indication of where to go to change between the `ports` of my built in devices -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Neither the display, nor the internal number class supports fractions. Additionally, what should be displayed, if you divide pi by 12, and you want a fractional result? https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=409222 Bug ID: 409222 Summary: kdev_format_source returns "error: no commands applicable to" for any pattern Product: kdevelop Version: git master Platform: Gentoo Packages OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kdevelop-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: eugene.shalygin+bugzilla@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- With any pattern, including the simple '*', kdev_format_source rejects input files if the 'format_sources' file is not located in the same directory as the target file. This starts to happen with Qt 5.12.4. Probably its wildcard to regexp conversion became more strict, but it does not know about '**'.
