In reality, what happens is that when an incidence's line is clicked, whether in the title column or in other columns, details toggle or not, depending on whether incidence details are showing, what incidence's details are showing, and what incidence is clicked. I find it a strange behavior to hide details in any case, but there are several cases where this really makes no sense, for instance: A. Double-clicking an incidence toggles details, then toggles again to the initial state. Note that opening an incidence with the Enter key does not work. B. Assuming the window is showing incidence #1 above incidence #2, with the details hidden and incidence #1 selected, if one adds incidence #2 to the selection by Shift-clicking incidence #2, the details for incidence #1 appear. This does not happen if adding only with the keyboard (Shift + Down arrow). C. With the same initial situation as in case B, if one moves the selection to incidence #2 using the Down arrow, the displayed details are not updated to incidence #2's details (while they are if one clicks to do the same). This is worsened by a resizing issue: when details are shown, the window's height increases so details have a chance to fit, and correspondingly, when details are hidden, the window's height diminishes. However, clicking twice to toggle one way then the other is not idempotent - the window generally ends up smaller than in the initial situation. With Debian 9's KOrganizer, there is apparently some inferior limit, so the window always keeps a certain size, but in Kubuntu 19.04 (KOrganizer 5.10.3), the size always lowers, until even one incidence line no longer fits. This can be reproduced quickly by simply clicking repeatedly on the first incidence's row. Before resizing
Reminder windows do not manage text too long to fit in one of the table's cells
properly. When a reminder appears, the incidence's title is compared to the
title column's width. If the title is too long, it is truncated with an
ellipsis ("..."). Unfortunately, this truncation is done once only, so resizing
will break the column:
1. If the column is shrunk, rather than truncating earlier, the title cell will
go on 2 lines, even if the incidence stays on one line. As can be seen in
screenshot "korganizer column width - reduced.png", this makes the bottom of
the second line unreadable.
2. If the column is enlarged, rather than truncating later, the ellipsis won't
move. As can be seen in screenshot "korganizer column width - enlarged.png",
this makes the part of the title initially hidden impossible to display in that
table.
EXPECTED RESULT
When shrinking, either:
1. the title should be truncated earlier
2. or the lines which can't fit the title in the given width should get taller
When enlarging, the ellipsis should move further, or disappear if the new width
can fit all contents.

Fix name grouping feature for cyrillic names
Summary:
All files and folders with cyrillic names are placed in latin 'A' group. This
patch fixes this issue.
Test Plan:
Make grouping by name in the dir with cyrillic files or dirs in it.

The color picker will also consistently have a very noticeable ~2 second delay before it selects the color. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create a new canvas. 2. Draw on it however you like. Add many layers and increase the size of the canvas, your goal is to use a decently high amount of RAM; 450+ will be your goal. 3. Set your brush size to 100+ px (It's oddly specific, as anything less works as normal). 4. You will begin to see the delay in your strokes and in the color picker. OBSERVED RESULT A delay in strokes in Krita with brushes larger than 100 px and the color picker. EXPECTED RESULT No delay with strokes. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: Windows 10 KDE Frameworks Version: 5 Qt Version: 5.12.4 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Hardware CPU: Core i7 4770k RAM: 16 GB GPU: GTX 1050 Ti Tablet: Cintiq Pro 16 Canvas info (when I first observed the bug): 4400 x 2600, 8-bit color integer depth, sRGB-elle-V2-srgbtrc.icc color space (default one) Additional Notes: The delay is completely absent when you zoom into the canvas. The delay does not exist in previous versions of Krita that I've used (but I have not used 4.2.2 and upgraded from 4.2.1 to 4.2.3). The delay also seems to be fairly consistent in length in between a test image of 450 MB and one I am working on for someone that is 1008 MB.
