[digikam] [Bug 406019] Corrupted image thumbnail on some pictures
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=406019 --- Comment #7 from Maik Qualmann --- No, even if digiKam is busy the behavior can not arise. I have special images that cause the behavior for testing purposes. The video thumbnailer is the last attempt, he would also create a thumbnail with JPG, with filmstrip. I think that your images can not be read temporarily and are even broken in the disk cache. Normally I can not reproduce this behavior, not even on my relatively slow router NAS (FritzBox with a large USB stick). Maik -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[digikam] [Bug 412679] Scrolling to a illogical place in the main view
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=412679 --- Comment #3 from Alexandre Belz --- Hello Maik, i understand the idea, although it may be critizable : when i dispatch pictures from a root album to child albums, i do not need to jump to destination albums each time. This slows down the production workflow, as i need to go back to my source album each time, scrolling and scrolling up. Anyway, even if a unselect the picture located in a child album , and then click on the parent album, it DOES NOT bring me up to this upper level. On the contrary, it reselect automatically the previous picture, and sticks me in the child album. This is annoying : it means i can't navigate to the parent album using the Treeview (while it works like a charm on child albums). Let me send you a video of my navigation experience issue... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Thanks for the investigation Nate. nb. This is not just about KMplayer (that was an example) but about many of the apps links from https://kde.org/applications/ Should non-updated/deprecated apps or their non-working links be removed from https://kde.org/applications/? Or at least a 'Currently not available for Disco/Bionic' warning be added to the https://kde.org/applications/ page for that software? It could be argued that having dead apps or links on the KDE website does not inspire confidence for potential new users of Plasma investigating what is available. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[bugs.kde.org] [Bug 412299] A ticket can have both resolution INTENTIONAL and status RESOLVED
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=412299 Nate Graham changed: What|Removed |Added Status|REPORTED|RESOLVED CC||n...@kde.org Resolution|--- |INTENTIONAL --- Comment #1 from Nate Graham --- RESOLVED INTENTIONAL means "This is behaving exactly like we expect or have designed it to behave, so there is nothing actionable to do in this Bugzilla ticket. You don't need to be so pedantic regarding the resolution statuses. They're just rough groupings, not ironclad contracts sealed in blood. :) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[bugs.kde.org] [Bug 412321] Undocumented Status value CLOSED
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=412321 Nate Graham changed: What|Removed |Added Resolution|--- |INTENTIONAL CC||n...@kde.org Status|REPORTED|RESOLVED --- Comment #1 from Nate Graham --- The CLOSED status can only be changed by people with elevated privileges in Bugzilla. A bug is only set to CLOSED when a bug reporter repeatedly re-opens a bug marked RESOLVED even after being told not to by the developers. There is no need to document it because people who play by the rules will never need to find out what it means. :) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[frameworks-plasma] [Bug 412540] PlasmaComponents.TextField uses distance field for text rendering
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=412540 --- Comment #2 from Anthony Vital --- Created attachment 123073 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=123073&action=edit screenshot Please excuse my quick attempt at showing several textfields in one image. You can see the textfields in kickoff, krunner and the clipboard plasmoid using distance field as opposed to the textfields in the system settings or the system monitor. The scale factor is set to 1 in the system settings. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
