https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=417288 --- Comment #3 from Andy Great --- Zoom on log-log plot is now smooth, however if I zoom out too much to like 10^-300 labplot will crash, maybe set a limit to how much uer could zoom out or something. Committed on 22/03/2020 at 18:05. Pushed by hindenburg into branch 'master'. [FileFilter] Create HotSpot's for files in child dirs too When creating HotSpot's for local files, create them for files in the current dir and for files in sub-directories too. Re-format the code used to build the regex pattern for more readability (easier for seeing what the regex pattern will look like, I hope). Use a static QRegularExpression object, so as to only construct it once, the pattern doesn't change and this should help with performance. Also make createFileRegex() not static. Don't convert QList to QSet, without actual benchmarking it could be that QList is actually efficient here. Use const where appropriate. [kio-extras] [Bug 419126] New: No thumbnails generated for cb7 comic book archives using compression other than LZMA(2) or BZ
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=419126 Bug ID: 419126 Summary: No thumbnails generated for cb7 comic book archives using compression other than LZMA(2) or BZ Product: kio-extras Version: 19.12 Platform: Gentoo Packages OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Thumbnails and previews Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: alexander.sch...@yahoo.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY The cb7 thumbnail generation support that landed in 19.12 (to address https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=410696) works, but only if LZMA, LZMA2 or BZip2 compression is used. No thumbnails are generated if the cb7 archive is compressed with Deflate, Deflate64, Copy or PPMd. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Compress an image (of a supported format such as JPG or PNG) with `7z` into a cb7 archive: for m in {lzma,lzma2,ppmd,deflate,deflate64,copy,bzip2}; do 7z a -m0=$m test-$m.cb7 filename.png; done 2. Enable previews in Dolphin 2. Navigate to the directory containing the new files in Dolphin OBSERVED RESULT Thumbnails are shown for the cb7 files compressed with LZMA, LZMA2 and BZip2, but a generic icon for those compressed via Deflate, Deflate64, Copy, and PPMd. EXPECTED RESULT Thumbnails are shown for all cb7 files, regardless of compression used. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows : n/a macOS : n/a Linux/KDE Plasma : 64-bit, 4.19.86-gentoo KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.67.0 Qt Version: 5.14.1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The same issue arises when opening the created cb7 files with Okular; it will not open cb7 files unless they are compressed with LZMA, LZMA2 or BZip2. Presumably a shared component (K7Zip?) is causing this. Ark and MComix read cb7 files using any compression methods, as expected. 7-Zip 16.02 (64-bit) Dolphin 19.12.3 kio-extras 19.12.3 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kwin] [Bug 419122] Fullscreen managment
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=419122 Nate Graham changed: What|Removed |Added CC||n...@kde.org --- Comment #3 from Nate Graham --- At its core, this is a request to make more consistent and discoverable how you enter and exit full screen mode. The consistency part is doing it in KWin (or elsewhere, if KWin isn't appropriate; maybe KXmlGui?) rather than making every app implement the behavior itself. The discoverability part is showing the titlebar when the cursor is moved to the top of the screen, so there's always a visible method to leave full screen mode. I agree that for games, the discoverability angle is likely to be detrimental. However even games might benefit from the consistency angle, particularly if this meant that the same keyboard shortcut was used to enter and exit full screen mode in all apps. Having the same shortcut do the same thing regardless of the context is beneficial. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

For example, \begin{document} will catch the first \end section as the end of the document. Supposedly, structures such as : % BEGIN something . . . % END something should be foldable, but are not (according to this: https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/306546/code-folding-in-kile ). % BEGIN and % END are highlighted in blue, but no folding is possible; there will not be any folding notes available. I can not find any official documentation describing such feature, however it would be immensely useful to be able to fold structure of the document away. Also, it would be very useful to e able to fold away the preamble (part before \begin{document}. This is not possible at the moment. A minimal test case / file is attached. [k3b] [Bug 419105] Process still running when closing k3b
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=419105 --- Comment #9 from Stefano --- As a workaround I renamed my rc files and my k3b folder in ~/.local/share, then deleted the cache folder in ~/.cache Starting it from scratch, solved my problem. Then I changed the flag to not show the splash screen and the issue went back. I changed that flag again to on, but nothing changed. Then I deleted again my k3brc file and the issue was gone. Then I started it again from scratch. No issue. Changed two other random flags (to show the progress in the notification area and to hide the main windows while writing). No issue. But then, when I closed it again and changed the splash screen flag, the problem was back again and remained until I deleted the rc file. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
