As a sidenote: if I keep pressing "Retry", the border color the dialogue keeps getting darker and darker and Dolphin keeps getting slower. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. [kdeconnect] [Bug 429323] very old "phantom" notifications are periodically re-sent even though they've been cleared
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=429323 --- Comment #1 from Adam Fontenot --- Just wanted to note that I did eventually figure out what was going on in more detail. I downloaded an app that records your notifications, so you can go back and look at old notifications even after they're swiped away. It turns out that this app also showed phantom notifications: a *system* app called either "Downloads" or "Download Manager" (I have both, don't remember which one it was) was spamming me with notifications every few minutes. The weird thing is that they were visible to both this app and KDE Connect, but they never showed up in the notification tray on Android. (And they weren't silenced / hidden somehow either - I saw them normally whenever I downloaded something in Firefox for Android.) So I was able to make this problem go away by completely clearing the storage for this system application. It hasn't come back yet as far as I can tell. This still might be considered a bug, especially if the issue is widespread. I don't think it makes a lot of sense to send duplicate / repeated notifications that don't show up in the taskbar. The other / related issue (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=411753) is still a problem for me. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

When the teleporting or "sticking" happens, the undo fix still seems to work and "reset" the transform box, but the sticking still happens. [plasmashell] [Bug 431902] Plasma freezes when editing a desktop file through GUI
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=431902 --- Comment #3 from Antti Savolainen --- Created attachment 135046 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=135046=edit These are the only affected files. So it seems that only .desktop files inside another folder inside ~/.local/share/applications are affected. None of the files in the root folder cause the loop. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[Breeze] [Bug 431904] Extra separator line
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=431904 Jan Blackquill (Carson Black) changed: What|Removed |Added Resolution|--- |INTENTIONAL Status|REPORTED|RESOLVED --- Comment #1 from Jan Blackquill (Carson Black) --- This is an intentional design aspect; we added a separator between the area with toolbars + menubars (which we call the "tools area") and the rest of the window content. Without this separator, it would look strange having the top area be a different colour from the rest of the window. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kalarm] [Bug 431802] That you can see when the next alarms start in a nice gui box somewhere
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=431802 David Jarvie changed: What|Removed |Added Resolution|WAITINGFORINFO |NOT A BUG Status|NEEDSINFO |RESOLVED --- Comment #3 from David Jarvie --- KAlarm is designed to handle times in units of minutes, not seconds. It is not designed to be accurate to within a second. So to avoid misleading users as to its accuracy, I would not want to show any times which include seconds. Since it appears from what you say that it does what you want except for displaying seconds, I'm marking this request as closed. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kalarm] [Bug 429865] Sync it to a school holidays calendar
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=429865 --- Comment #8 from David Jarvie --- KAlarm already uses KHolidays as its source of holiday definitions. You can set which holidays to use in KAlarm's Settings, in the Time & Date tab. However, if your school holidays are not already installed on your system in a KHolidays file, you will need to find or create a holidays file, and then install it, to define your school holidays. I mentioned a link with information on how to create a KHolidays file in Comment 7. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[plasmashell] [Bug 431902] Plasma freezes when editing a desktop file through GUI
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=431902 --- Comment #2 from Nicolas Fella --- I just came to the conclusion as David. Commenting out the line makes the dialog responsive again, although the rest of Plasma is still blocked, but that is probably expected since Dolphin behaves the same -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
