In the video, I am using Floating Panel because it is very easy to spot the issue. But this also happens when I am not using Floating Panel. 2. It also happens with system tray items but not easily reproducible. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Use Floating Panel with Expanded Task Manager 2. Open a window 3. Minimize it 4. Move the mouse pointer in the padding between the edge of screen and floating panel.
