Same problem here in openSUSE Tumbleweed with codecs installed by opi. Using
libKPipeWire6 6.1.3-1.1 and pipewire 1.2.1-1.1. I also cannot save video using
MP4 and get no error logs, but I think that may not be relevant in this case.

Hi Nate, I'm not sure how to install the debug symbols. I've read the
"Installing debugging packages" section in the wiki page you linked and if I
understand correctly, for openSUSE I would only need the debuginfod package,
which was already installed. I would use the install button provided by the
drkonqi crash handler but I'm not sure how to access it without inducing
another crash.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Highlight, note, add any change to the PDF file.
2. Click or try to save the file.

OBSERVED RESULT
Message: the file can't be saved in -file:///C:/PATH. Error: Access denied to
C:/PATH. Try to save in a different location. 

PATH can be any location, since none work.

EXPECTED RESULT
File changes saved succesfully.
