[kdeconnect] [Bug 369233] Can't load "execute command" module
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=369233 --- Comment #2 from Alex L--- Thank you for the reply. No, the feature I was looking for exist and I just found it's "Run commands" module and not "Execute remote commands" :) I didn't imagine the opposite was possible, so when I red "Execute remote commands" I thought it was "commands on PC". Thanks again :) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Breeze] [Bug 364981] Some breeze icons for KStars are inappropiate

[neon] [Bug 368814] New: Compositor fails to load desktop effects with OpenGL
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=368814 Bug ID: 368814 Summary: Compositor fails to load desktop effects with OpenGL Product: neon Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: crash Priority: NOR Component: Packages User Edition Assignee: neon-b...@kde.org Reporter: alexlon...@gmail.com CC: j...@jriddell.org, neon-b...@kde.org, sit...@kde.org Distro: fresh installation of Maui (KDE Neon User Edition). Issue: desktop effects disabled. If I set the compositor to use Xrender instead of OpenGL the effects work. If I switch back to OpenGL the effects stop working (no window shadows, no hot corners etc). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. System Settings > Hardware > Compositor > Set "OpenGL" instead of Xrender tested the same versions of Plasma (5.7.3) and Frameworks (5.25/5.26) also in Manjaro and everything works. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[plasmashell] [Bug 366715] New: quick launch plasmoid doesn't support drag and drop to add new launchers
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=366715 Bug ID: 366715 Summary: quick launch plasmoid doesn't support drag and drop to add new launchers Product: plasmashell Version: 5.7.2 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: k...@davidedmundson.co.uk Reporter: alexlon...@gmail.com CC: bhus...@gmail.com, plasma-b...@kde.org To add new launchers to quick launch plasmoid you have to right click > add new launcher and select it from the list of installed applications. It would be really better to be able to select (multiple) launchers / .desktop files, drag and drop them into the quick launch plasmoid like for the task manager plasmoid. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. add quick launch plasmoid 2. try to drag and drop a .desktop launcher into it Actual Results: dragging the .desktop file(s) into the quick launch plasmoid doesn't add it (them) Expected Results: when I drag and drop launcher(s) / .desktop file(s) into quick launch plasmoid it(them) should be added to the quick launch plasmoid -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[Breeze] [Bug 366490] VLC icon doesn't follow the original icon
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=366490 --- Comment #8 from Alex L--- About usability, I think that for people not knowing VLC it's impossible to understand it's a media player, because of its name (VLC) and its icon (an orange traffic cone). The current Breeze icon suggest a media player and the "play" symbol in it is orange because of the original logo color. So the icon I want to submit combine both the media player frame and the original cone, so it should be recognizable by everyone as media player / VLC media player. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=366490 Alex Lchanged: What|Removed |Added CC||alexlon...@gmail.com --- Comment #1 from Alex L --- I have a Breeze icon with VLC logo, but I can't add it to Breeze icons repository because: 1) The original VLC logo/icon seems to be licensed as CC BY-SA 3.0+ [1]. Thought I'm not sure. 2) I don't know if CC BY-SA is compatible with Breeze icons LGPLv3 So, do you know if I can release a modified version (in Breeze style) of VLC logo as LGPLv3? [kirigami] [Bug 362325] New: Current page title (in the breadcrumb) to be aligned to center
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=362325 Bug ID: 362325 Summary: Current page title (in the breadcrumb) to be aligned to center Product: kirigami Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: notm...@gmail.com Reporter: alexlon...@gmail.com Created attachment 98629 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=98629=edit title of the current page in the center Currently the titles of the pages are aligned to the left in the breadcrumb. When go deeper in the hierarchy opening new pages, the title of the current one is more at the right because of the previous pages' titles. It looks a little strange. It would be better to align the current page title to the center of the breadcrumb, with previous/next pages at its left/right side. [kirigami] [Bug 362294] New: Breadcrumb: arrows instead of dots for hierarchical navigation by columns
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=362294 Bug ID: 362294 Summary: Breadcrumb: arrows instead of dots for hierarchical navigation by columns Product: kirigami Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: notm...@gmail.com Reporter: alexlon...@gmail.com Created attachment 98614 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=98614=edit breadcrumbs with arrows and dots See the attached image. Currently the breadcrumb use dots between its entries during the hierarchical navigation by columns. Proposed: 1) use arrows instead of dots (see image) for hierarchical navigation 2) use dots for navigation between tabs (alternative navigation to the hierarchical one, maybe not implemented yet) Reason: the arrows suggest a hierarchical relation between the views, the dots instead suggest an "horizontal" relation between views (useful for tabs navigation) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kirigami] [Bug 362292] New: Breadcrumb bigger at start and then...

[kirigami] [Bug 362291] New: More margins for list items
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=362291 Bug ID: 362291 Summary: More margins for list items Product: kirigami Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: notm...@gmail.com Reporter: alexlon...@gmail.com Created attachment 98611 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=98611=edit More margins for list items See the attached image (left: current look, right: proposed). The list items are too small, it's hard to interact with them (both tapping and drag them by the handles on the right side of each item). Suggested changes: 1) more margins between list items and right/left border (the margins should be the same at right and left, symmetrical); 2) more margins between the list items (top and bottom) for an idea of how much to increase margins, look at the attached image. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
