I'm also affected by this bug and can confirm the kio 6.2.0 + the config
settings fixes it for my NFS shares. Thanks!

This problem has also started affecting me.  Konsoles used to be placed with
minimal overlapping but now my konsoles all stack in the exact same spot.

Also running kwin 5.19.5 on framework 5.74.0 with QT 5.15.1.
