Since I keep the data file on a remote drive, I just use an earlier version
on my sandbox machine to import the savings and credit card accounts that I
can'd import on 4.8.0.  But any workaround is a kludge, so I'll look
forward to the bug being fixed.

When importing a QIF file, the importer only shows two Asset Accounts rather
than a list of all possible accounts.  Worked properly in 4.6.*.
