The left arm of the character progressively gets lower in quality than it
originally started out

Problem:
Transform tool appears to lower the quality of said transformed item
significantly.

Problem Location Found:
While using a rig to animate; therefore, I have to use the tool alot.

-Please fix as soon as possible, would love to use as animation software and
donate!
