For people who upgraded to fedora 37, it seems like it was caused by a
dependency issue with some qt components

I have this issue as well. The shutdown and restart button on the UI doesn't
work either. I have to use the terminal for shutting down or rebooting. 

Running `usr/libexec/kscreenlocker_greet --testing` gives this output:
