SUMMARY
When switching between multiple keyboard layouts, combinations with modifiers
stay on the first declared layout.
Occurs either with Xorg or Wayland, any Linux distribution (tested on Fedora
38, CentOS 9 Stream, Debian testing, Arch).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add additional keyboard layouts
2. Switch to non-main layout
3. Use a key-combination with a modifier key
OBSERVED RESULT
Registered key is the one from the main keyboard layout
EXPECTED RESULT
Registered key is the one from the current keyboard layout
