Thanks for your report! You can still use the shortcut Ctrl+V to paste text.
However it is true that the context menu is not available. IIRC we disabled
some time ago because it produced crashes (on the long term we should bring it
back without crashes)

SUMMARY
This window should expand to show the entire effect display when mousing over
the window. As it is, to close a window or change something that is hidden, you
have to resize the video window to be able to see the entire effect or
composition ... it would be better if the window expanded to the actual width
of the effect or composition while the mouse is in the window and return to its
set value when the mouse leaves the window.

SUMMARY

There are no observable or moveable markers for zone in/zone out markers on
the Clip Monitor timeline. The selected zone will pull down to the main
timeline as expected. It would be best to show obvious markers and have those
markers be movable with the <- -> keys or mouse move.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Mark and in point and an out point on a clip on the Clip Monitor timeline
2.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
No markers

There should be observable markers

[kdenlive] [Bug 405845] Zone In/Out Markers

2019-04-10 Thread J Regenold
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=405845

You are correct, it's unusable like it is. I can't get markers to show at all.
Why not put a timeline scale over the image near bottom or under it? I'll stay
with 18 until this is addressed. I use the zone feature a lot and 19.04 won't
do much for me.

The rest of the project looks pretty good as I go through it. Not many crashes.

Thx
J.R.
