And some weeks ago I had to downgrade to freerdp-2.11.2 too, because OpenSuSE Tumbleweed pushed a new version of freerdp which changes several command line parameters, causing it to be incompatible with krdc 23 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

I can confirm this bug on OpenSuSE Tumbleweed, KTorrent version 22.04.2
When I activate logging, I see this:
sáb jul 9 16:19:10 2022: Qt Debug: copy()
QUrl("file:file:///home/user/Descargas/Azureus/torrents/A.torrent") to
QUrl("file:///home/jesus/.local/share/ktorrent/tor0/torrent") mode= -1
Note how there's a "file:file:" on the first QUrl. That looks suspicious.
