[kmail2] [Bug 316917] switch to plain-text quotation from HTML-reply

Using KMail 5.19.3 (Debian bookworm/testing), converting from HTML to
plain-text adds in a ton of extra linefeeds, to the point that you have to
re-format the entire message by hand before you can write your reply to it.

New crash information added by DrKonqi

kmail (5.20.2 (22.04.2)) using Qt 5.15.4

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Exiting and restarting KMail.

- Custom settings of the application:

I use both an Exchange server (Office 365 business) and a pair of IMAP servers.
The Exchange connection dies on a regular basis, so I close KMail and it
crashes when I try to immediately reopen it.

Using MySQL for the backend.

It would be nice if the KDE mouse settings could be applied per-device. That
would allow the Trackpoint, a normal wireless mouse, and a hi-res gaming mouse
to have separate settings. It could be tied to the USB device ID, assuming
Xorg and Wayland don't have a better way to uniquely identify different
pointing devices.
