[bindings] [Bug 370998] the python interfaces to KApplication and KConfigSkeleton stopped working with sip 4.18

[forum.kde.org] [Bug 322866] KDE Identity: knowledge of username is required to reset password and to obtain information about username
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=322866 Luca Beltrame changed: What|Removed |Added CC||lbeltr...@kde.org --- Comment #66 from Luca Beltrame --- There are quite a number of plans to improve this situation, but you may not be aware that: a. People doing sysadmin work / forum are all volounteers; b. There isn't a sufficiently large number of people to tackle such complex issues in a timely manner; c. Even "regular" maintenance requires a lot of work, so larger plans move slowly. > And you're going to keep responding to those? What else can be done? Not ideal, but we got to do what we can until the situation improves. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[digikam] [Bug 369517] New: Digikam from 5.2.0 tarball installs libvkontakte translations even if libvkontakte is disabled
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=369517 Bug ID: 369517 Summary: Digikam from 5.2.0 tarball installs libvkontakte translations even if libvkontakte is disabled Product: digikam Version: 5.2.0 Platform: openSUSE RPMs OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: digikam-de...@kde.org Reporter: lbeltr...@kde.org As the summary says, this showed up during package review at openSUSE: [ 563s] -- Compilation configuration for: digikam-software-collection [] [ 563s] -- Local shared libkvkontakte will be compiled NO But afterwards, during build stage: [ 852s] [ 8%] Generating libkvkontakte.gmo [ 852s] cd /home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILD/digikam-5.2.0/po/bs && /usr/bin/msgfmt -o /home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILD/digikam-5.2.0/build/po/bs/libkvkontakte.gmo /home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILD/digikam-5.2.0/po/bs/libkvkontakte.po And later on: [ 7826s] -- Installing: /home/abuild/rpmbuild/BUILDROOT/digikam-5.2.0-157.1.x86_64/usr/share/locale/es/LC_MESSAGES/libkvkontakte.mo (example for one file). [digikam] [Bug 369517] Digikam from 5.2.0 tarball installs libvkontakte translations even if libvkontakte is disabled
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=369517 --- Comment #2 from Luca Beltrame --- The problem is not the presence of the translations, but the fact that they're installed even if the bulding of the library is disabled. It shouldn't install / generate them if disabled (they are not going to be used). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kdeconnect] [Bug 367937] New: Trusted devices randomly unpair after a short time period
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=367937 Bug ID: 367937 Summary: Trusted devices randomly unpair after a short time period Product: kdeconnect Version: 1.5 Platform: openSUSE RPMs OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: common Assignee: albertv...@gmail.com Reporter: lbeltr...@kde.org I've been seeing this behavior only on one of my many machines, but I can reproduce this with both kdeconnect master and the recently released 1.0. What happens is that after a successful pair, the device will get unpaired again. This can occur when the phone goes into sleep mode. Relevant logs from the kdeconnect daemon: kdeconnect.core: Starting server ssl (I'm the client TCP socket) kdeconnect.core: Socket succesfully stablished an SSL connection kdeconnect.core: Socket succesfully stablished an SSL connection kdeconnect.core: creating pairing handler for "28bec5450e1b955f" Pairing package received! As I said before, I can't reproduce this on most of my machines: only my main desktop is affected. Wiping away the configuration has no effect. I'm also running the latest stable version on the phone from the Play Store. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: See bug description. My system is openSUSE Tumbleweed, running KF5 + Applications + Plasma from git master. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
