Forgot to mention that I tried to clear user cache before posting.
Tried again with the following command but the glitch seems to persists after a
new login.

> ( cd "$HOME/.cache" && { rm -rv $(find . | command grep -Ev
> 'mozilla|fontconfig|clangd' | command grep -E 'plasma|cache|ksycoca|qml'); };
> )

Command notes:
• remove initial ">"
• "command" skip aliases in interactive shells

2. drag-drop the widget on the desktop (will still be an icon)
3. resize to desired dimension

recording of calendar widget showing the glitch and a workaround to temporarly
fix it

SUMMARY
Placing a Calendar widget directly on the desktop will show correctly until a
new login is performed, resulting in a glitched "selection" box of current day
/ month / year.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open new widgets panel
2. find calendar
3. drag-drop to the desktop
4. reboot (or just logout+login?)

OBSERVED RESULT
The current day/month/year boxes are glitched.

EXPECTED RESULT
No glitches.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I already "fixed" the current day before recording the footage.

I also have this bug;
it appears to happen randomly when the compositor is disabled (~40% chance at
every login).

It can be temporarly fixed by bruteforcely changing the panel height or moving
it around on other sides of the screen.

[dolphin] [Bug 451695] Thumbnails not working

Microeinstein  changed:

 CC||m1cr0th3b...@gmail.com

--- Comment #1 from Microeinstein  ---
My experience of this bug is that:

- files in my /home and other folders located in my root partition (EXT4),
  are shown with everything (thumbnails + metadata)

- files located in other mountpoints (via /etc/fstab, not external drives ~
udisks),
  in particular my /mnt/files mountpoint (NTFS via fuseblk, not ntfs3),
  suffer from the limit of remote files size (which I've set to 999 MB).
  By setting this limit, thumbnails appear only on files (never on folders) and
metadata are never shown.

- files located in external drives (mounted via udisks ~ devices widget) seems
unaffected.

Bug ID: 422040
   Summary: Unpinned apps in Kicker reappear on [activity change]
or [new login]
   Product: plasmashell
   Version: 5.18.5
  Platform: Archlinux Packages

Screen recording of the issue (locale: it_IT)

SUMMARY
I have some pinned apps (LibreOffice Writer, Cantata) that keep reappearing
everytime I change activity or perform a new login (which I guess includes
loading an activity).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kicker
2. Right-click on a pinned app
3. -> Favourites
4. Re-pin on all activities/current activity
5. Unpin the same app
6. Change activity

OBSERVED RESULT
The app reappears as pinned, even with no checkmark on any activity.

EXPECTED RESULT
The app does not reappear.

  (bug exists on vanilla kernel too)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5

Qt Version: 5.14.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I recently migrated my installation from Manjaro to Arch Linux successfully (by
reinstalling the system from scratch, carefully porting configurations,
keeping my home intact). The bug was also present on Manjaro.
