SUMMARY
After the update that replaces the kf5 icons with kf6, Dolphin's icon turned
black. So did every other instance of the "system-file-manager" icon, and every
variant of the "folder" icon.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update.
2. Broken.

OBSERVED RESULT
Black icon.

EXPECTED RESULT
Good old blue icon.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
~$ kinfo
Operating System: Debian GNU/Linux 12
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.11
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.115.0
Qt Version: 5.15.13

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have tried a number of things that have **not** helped:
- Toggling the icon setting in system settings.
- Toggling the theme setting in system settings.
- Delete ~/.cache/icon-cache.kcache
- Delete ~/.cache/ksycoca5*
- Delete ~/.cache/plasma_theme*
- Delete ~/.cache/plasma-svgelements
- Delete /usr/share/icons/breeze/icon-theme.cache

The "share" context menu entry appears regardless of whether it's turned on or
off in the extensions settings panel.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the settings panel.
2. Turn off the context menu entry.

OBSERVED RESULT
Context menu entry nevertheless appears.

EXPECTED RESULT
Context menu entry should not appear when turned off.

Encountered this bug trying to install dh-dkms via apper on Debian12.

Also, how is it that a bug that totally prevents apper from working is only
"importance: normal"? This bug, all by itself, pretty much renders Debian a
non-option for anyone who's not comfortable with apt-get on the command line.

Also, also, does the fix
(https://invent.kde.org/network/kdenetwork-filesharing/-/merge_requests/47/diffs)
for 472145 apply here? Could it really be that simple?

Confirmed on Debian 10 Buster.

Also, I note that it worked correctly on KDE4 on Debian 9 Stretch, so this is a
regression.
