I mean, if a regular user lands here it seems one can only choose which picture he'll see when he log in! Instead, if you know what is SDDM and what is meant for you may decide, e.g. if you want to login in a wayland or in a X11 session. But unfortunately this setting is buried into a "Behavior" button and it's not so obvious for all to find it there. So maybe: -let this module can be find by enter, e.g. "wayland" or "x11" in the search field; -add some (little) explanation for those (like me) who think here they can only choose a picture :). I have a dual boot installation (Plasma 5/6), and in the "old" Plasma 5 energy module I have the 3 canonical power profiles (performance, balanced, and power-saver) available, and I can switch between them. [lokalize] [Bug 421330] Issue for Paste/Copy from the original string to the translated string
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=421330 Paolo Zamponi changed: What|Removed |Added CC||zapa...@email.it --- Comment #6 from Paolo Zamponi --- Hi! Sorry for my French (and for my English too...), but it seems you noticed an issue related to Paste/Copy action. I can confirm. Yesterday I filed a bug: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=438741 which is maybe related to this (or maybe it's a duplicate one, in that case I'm sorry): I noticed this issue (and mine) are triggered by a drag-and-drop operation in the translated message. Try this: 1. Open Lokalize and select a "short" message; 2. Translate it (if it's not); 3. Select a word in the message, copy it in the clipboard and move it at the end of the message with a drag-and-drop operation; 4. Now select a longer one instead, and translate it; 5. Try to paste your copied words near the end of it: some characters (it seems in the position you dragged and of the same amount) in the beginning of it are deleted. 6. Close and reopen Lokalize; 7. Now try to perform your drag-and-drop operation at the end of a "long" message; 8. Select a shorter one and try to paste: now it works fine. It seems that Lokalize "remembers" the position and the amount of the moved characters after you performed another drag-and-drop operation... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kate] [Bug 434096] New: Words which end with an accented letter are always underlined by the spellchecker
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=434096 Bug ID: 434096 Summary: Words which end with an accented letter are always underlined by the spellchecker Product: kate Version: 20.12.2 Platform: openSUSE RPMs OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kwrite-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: zapa...@email.it Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY Please see the summary. I generally have the spellchecker on by default in the System Settings. It seems a matter of font type: I mean, if I change it maybe I see no "error", but if I write some more words I have the all the new accented words underlined (even if I copy an "old" one). I don't have found a font type which is OK. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Use the Italian dictionary; 2. Open Kate (or KWrite) and write some words which end with an accented letter, for example "però, papà, così, dà"; 3. They are all underlined (but they shouldn't :) ). OBSERVED RESULT In Italian, all the words which end with an accented letter are underlined (I can't tell you what would be if they were in the middle, in Italian they can be only at the end...).
