This was actually done by design but I don't agree with the choice. Should
either be an option to turn this behaviour on/off . Or open in a new tab if the
Command is not a local shell.

4 monitors. After running kscreen to setup orientation and position I added 3
empty panels to the screens without panels and added the Task Manager widget to
each one. Configured to "Show only tasks from the current screen" and it worked
perfectly. The only problem I had was that the Task Manger on the default panel
would not show anything on its screen unless it was configured to show tasks
from all screens. But when I deleted that Task Manager and re-added it it
worked as expected as well.

When in a conversation if you right click in the text window and choose "Check
Spelling" nothing happens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a conversation
2. Type some text
3. Right click and choose "Check Spelling"

Actual Results:  
None. No spell check window pops up.

Expected Results:  
A spell check window should pop up.

Version 16.04.1

Using:
KDE Frameworks 5.22.0
Qt 5.6.0 (built against 5.6.0)
The xcb windowing system
