You need 7zip for > unpacking. To start Kdenlive double click Kdenlive.exe in the “bin” folder. I've tried that - and the problem seems to be fixed. Well done! I will now use that as my production copy until the next stable release. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kdenlive] [Bug 417110] Audio thumbnails do not show waveform in left-hand clip after splitting when zoom level is 17+
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=417110 --- Comment #3 from Phillip Sear --- (In reply to Bug Janitor Service from comment #2) > Dear Bug Submitter, > > This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least > 15 days. Please provide the requested information as soon as > possible and set the bug status as REPORTED. Due to regular bug > tracker maintenance, if the bug is still in NEEDSINFO status with > no change in 30 days the bug will be closed as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME > due to lack of needed information. > > For more information about our bug triaging procedures please read the > wiki located here: > https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Bug_triaging > > If you have already provided the requested information, please > mark the bug as REPORTED so that the KDE team knows that the bug is > ready to be confirmed. > > Thank you for helping us make KDE software even better for everyone! What further information is needed from me? I have tried 19.2.2 as suggested and still have the same problem. The left hand clip waveform does not show when I zoom in (but shows again when I zoom back out). That means that I can never see the waveform on the left hand clip when I am zoomed in to the maximum extent. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kdenlive] [Bug 369653] Parole and other media players will not autoplay saved mp4 video files after rendering.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=369653 --- Comment #3 from Phillip Sear <pccs...@gmail.com> --- I have just added my standard project file, which I use to create the videos, and I hope this shows how they are rendered. A typical path for a completed video is: /home/phillip/Videos/Bernhard Lufer Zu Grossvaters Zeiten1 18 4 1896.mp4 . The file title includes all the elements I use in the YouTube video description (I use Kdenlive to create videos for YouTube). It is just that the automatic playback of created videos does not work, because the filename seems to be split up. I never had this problem with versions of Kdenlive prior to 16.08. Do let me know if you need any further information. Regards, Phillip Sear -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kdenlive] [Bug 369653] New: Parole and other media players will not autoplay saved mp4 video files after rendering.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=369653 Bug ID: 369653 Summary: Parole and other media players will not autoplay saved mp4 video files after rendering. Product: kdenlive Version: 16.08.1 Platform: Ubuntu Packages URL: https://eu.storagemadeeasy.com/files/3cef14a0df81f8a60 03070d09ec64d64.jpg OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Video Display & Export Assignee: j...@kdenlive.org Reporter: pccs...@gmail.com The autoplay seems to create a playlist which splits up the filename of the newly created video, as shown in the picture. I have to manually load the video file into the media player to play it. This seems to be a problem introduced in 16.08 - I had no problems with previous version of Kdenlive. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a project, then: Render project > More options > Play after Render 2. You will then find that it will not autoplay, as shown in the illustration UEL. 3. Actual Results: See the URL above Expected Results: File open in Parole and starts to play. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=363340 Bug ID: 363340 Summary: Text outline thickness adjustment in titling module not saving. Product: kdenlive Version: 16.04.0 Platform: Ubuntu Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: User Interface Assignee: j...@kdenlive.org Reporter: pccs...@gmail.com The titling module allows the thickness of text outlining to be adjusted on a scale of 0-10. When adjustments are made using the module, they show up on the module screen, but will only save as 0 or 10 (eg, if I choose thickness '5', when I hit the OK button the thickness is saved as 10. Incidentally I am using v16.04.1, but it did not show as an option on the version menu. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. New title clip from Project menu 2. Add text 3. Adjust Outline setting to 5 4. Hit OK to save 5. Double click title clip in tree view, and click on text to edit Actual Results: Outline size has defaulted to 10 Expected Results: Outline size should be 5 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
