[kstars] [Bug 396667] open file dialog crashes kstars
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=396667 --- Comment #3 from Ray Wells 4.0 --- Sorry about that. I just haven't had time to do the needed tests. I did try it in 18.04lts(xfce4) in my notebook and couldn't duplicate the problem. With 16.04lts now deprecated it seems like the best option for me and anyone else having the issue is to upgrade that system. Hopefully this was an isolated incident. Thanks to the kstars team and all the devs for their hard work. Ray -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[kstars] [Bug 396667] New: open file dialog crashes kstars
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=396667 Bug ID: 396667 Summary: open file dialog crashes kstars Product: kstars Version: unspecified Platform: Ubuntu Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: mutla...@ikarustech.com Reporter: blues_h...@yahoo.com Target Milestone: --- While using indi/ekos I have had Kstars-bleeding crash to desktop whenever I open a file dialog to set directories or save a file through several versions of Kstars now. I'm using Xubuntu 16-04lts xfce4 desktop and pcmanfm for volume management. I'm not a programmer by trade(electronics tech) so things like backtrace and such will need explicit instruction. @knro has asked me to try this in other desktops and I'll be glad to do that if I get some time. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
